You can also exercise your statutory right of cancellation online. Please use our electronic cancellation form for this purpose. After submitting your cancellation declaration, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation.
The following right of cancellation applies only if you are a consumer. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and act in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding the contract, the following right of cancellation does not apply.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (MBS Logistik GmbH, c/o Rocka Sports GmbH, Bukarester Str. 11, 93055 Regensburg, Phone: 030 - 400 33 99 0, Fax: 030 - 88921190, Email: info@rockanutrition.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can use our electronic cancellation form at https://rockanutrition-retoure.returnless.com/de. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
