Shipping and Returns

About shipping costs

We will process your order as quickly as possible and ship it with DHL. You can provide your delivery address when placing your order.

You can view the availability of our products on the page for the respective product. If, after receiving your order, we determine that the product you ordered is no longer in stock, we will contact you by email and, if desired, offer an alternative or cancel the order.

Germany: 

  • For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.90 EUR per order.

  • Shipping costs are waived for orders with a cart value of 60 EUR or more.

Austria:

  • For delivery to Austria, we charge a flat rate of 5.90 EUR per order.

  • Shipping costs are waived for orders with a cart value of 80 EUR or more.

 

Switzerland:

  • For delivery to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of 6.90 EUR per order.

  • Shipping costs are waived for orders with a cart value of 100 EUR or more.

About returns

You have 14 days from taking possession of the goods to revoke your order. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

 

Please note that we cannot cover the cost of returns. Please make sure to package the products securely so that they cannot be damaged during shipping.
