Shipping and Returns

About shipping costs

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and shipped via DHL. You can specify your delivery address when placing the order.

You can check the availability of our products on the respective product page. If we find after receiving your order that the product you ordered is no longer in stock, we will contact you by email and, if desired, offer an alternative or cancel the order.

Germany: 

  • For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.90 EUR per order.

  • For sample orders up to a total weight of 200 g, we charge 2.40 EUR. Shipping is via Deutsche Post.

  • Shipping costs are waived for orders over 60 EUR.

Austria:

  • For delivery to Austria, we charge a flat rate of 5.90 EUR per order.

  • Shipping costs are waived for orders over 80 EUR.

 

Switzerland:

  • For delivery to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of 6.90 EUR (6.50 CHF) per order.

  • Shipping costs are waived for orders over 100 EUR (95.00 CHF).

About returns

You have 14 days to cancel your order after taking possession of the goods. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy.

 

Please note that we cannot cover the costs of the return shipment. We ask you to pack the products securely to prevent any damage during shipping.
