Protein Brownies
Ingredients (for 6 brownies)
- 35 g Pure Protein Cream Flavor
- 100 g soy yogurt
- 100 g flour
- 80 g ground almonds
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 2 heaping tbsp peanut butter
- 3 heaping tbsp cocoa powder, lightly defatted
- 20 ml maple syrup
- 20 g erythritol
- 300 ml soy milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Nuts & chocolate as needed
- Raspberries, yogurt & maple syrup (optional as topping)

Preparation
- Stir the ingredients in a bowl into a smooth batter.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet or in a suitable pan so that the dough is about 2-3 cm high.
- Press nuts and chocolate of your choice into the dough.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- Cut into small pieces in the pan and decorate the brownies as you like with raspberries, soy yogurt, and maple syrup.
Tip: Store the brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep them moist and delicious for a long time. Freshly baked, you can also freeze the cakes and thaw them at room temperature as needed, warming briefly in the oven if desired.
