Vegan Milky Choco Bowl Recipe

Preparation

  1. Stir the ingredients in a bowl into a smooth batter.
  2. Place the dough on a baking sheet or in a suitable pan so that the dough is about 2-3 cm high.
  3. Press nuts and chocolate of your choice into the dough.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  5. Cut into small pieces in the pan and decorate the brownies as you like with raspberries, soy yogurt, and maple syrup.

Tip: Store the brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep them moist and delicious for a long time. Freshly baked, you can also freeze the cakes and thaw them at room temperature as needed, warming briefly in the oven if desired.
